If you think the Lower Ninth Ward is bad, you should have kept going down Claiborne into St. Bernard Parish where there was 100% destruction. I think one house survived the storm and the subsequent flooding. <BR/><BR/>I worry that the people who have already come back will tire of the work. It seems insurmountable. And the rebuilding takes time. I wonder when those who sustained complete damage (more than my friends and family) have the time to relax. You work all day, work on your house in the evening, and sleep in a trailer. When do you have time to unwind and stretch out.
