Sunday Scribblings: Arch-Enemy

The line pictured above is the work of my nemesis.

It's a line of people waiting to buy the new XBox game system. Last year, I think, or whenever the latest version was.

My nemesis is the mindlessly consumerist culture we live in here in the US.

I fight it every day. And the battle intensifies for the month leading up to Christmas.

Gotta get my game on. And I don't mean XBox.

Any chance that you might win? or as most nemeses go, it is specifically the existing together that is interesting.

I agree there. I think the rampant consumerism is destrroying so much of value in cultures across the world.
